Send a support ticket, also, check the email you registered the account to for anything, it could have been a chargeback error possibly.

Also, I used to own every single skin but after this new patch most of the skins were removed, I feel scammed since it was over 2000 dolla, pls give me all the skins so i don't report you to the feds riot
