LoL Leave buster

I feel as if the game should have some way of giving a reason for leaving a game so as to reduce leave buster! I just recently played a game where I actually cut my arm at the start.. I go to get a plaster and come back to find my team early surrendered though I told them what I was doing.. so I got leavebuster. I was also wondering if any others have had any siimilar scenarios and if there are any solutions at all. I feel as if this should be stopped.. I was away for probably just over 2 minutes so it doesnt seem fair to me that I now have to wait 20 minutes 5 times so 100 minutes in total.. because my team does not listen.
