Banned for what now?

Recently Riot have banned my account for allegedly using ,"3rd Party malicious programs".I find my self asking "WTF DOES THIS EVEN MEEN HOW DO I GET BANNED FOR SOME RANDOM A* BULL SHT LIKE THIS ",you see i have never in my life scripted or done any other funky business like that so this is pissing me off more than you could possibly understand,with the amount of money i have spent on the game it is unacceptable for me to take this lying down,i got the ban after a random twitch game i lost, literally STRAIT out of the mother fucking blue ,(The last time i did any "3rd party" shit was curse voice). so i notice that i didn't get a post game screen,"weird,this doesn't happen often" i then come to find out after attempting to re log into my account that i was permanently banned ,it then told me to go to my email for additional information .and i was met with a lazy ,half ass'ed,bull shit ,copy pasta email saying this

We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship. So after sending a ... Intense support ticket ,i find myself here to express how unbelievable the ban is .with this all being said i also have a friend who got permanently banned for using an inappropriate summoners name 3 months after he had that name he was reported for , he got no insight as to when the ban was referring to or any additional information,just a random ass ban.Anyways i would like to see if anyone who is in/contact with ,riot games could help me with the situation...please.

According to these posts, typically these sort of bans are associated with ELO boosting. I'm not trying to accuse you of such a crime, and looking though your match history, I can't find any obvious signs that this happened. There are also programs like MKLOL that are straight up bannable, but I'm not sure if you used that or not.
