So I was just recently banned for 14 days. never have I had chat restrictions and Frankly... I'm agitated with this 4-step process you have yet it was utilized not one bit.

what do I do..

when I should have received either number 1 or number 2..

someone from RIOT- explain this to me.

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

Mind you I understand how offensive "%%% or %%%got" may be. But seriously.. There we explanations in my report/review stating as to why I call someone a %%%. someone else stole a health in aram so I said %%%gs. then "cute %%%s"

Seriously riot? okay... I get it. lets go ahead and give me a 10 game chat restriction then.

This is the escalation ladder. It means that if you recently had a 10-game chat restriction, and get another, it would be escalated to a 25-game. If you had a 14-day recently, you cannot get a chat restriction, but would instead be escalated to a permanent ban.

It does not mean that no matter how severe your offense, you step through these penalties one-by-one.

Additionally, we have zero-tolerance towards hate speech, which you used. Be advised that the next penalty of any type on your account, without showing sufficient reform, will result in the permanent ban of your account.

TLDR; This ensures punishments are more severe each time you get one, it is not there to make sure you get a lot of chances.

Racism/hatespeech or other extreme toxicity can lead to the System skipping punishment Tiers. There are cases of people getting Instant perma bans though they are rare. Feel free to leave your full chatlogs.

There really isn't a legitimate insult someone like that, much less the reason you gave.

3 options:

Stop using chat.

Play a different game.

Don't type anything remotely offensive. ` Your account is very close to being perma banned now. I suggest, if you continue to play, creating a new account. It will take hundreds of games for your current account to return to "good standing".

Btw, from now on, your account is flagged for a year and you are UNDESIRABLE. RIOT will look for any smallest things like "gasp" , "useless", offensive GG to shut you down for good. Basically anyone accusing you for trolling or anything else intangible will make your account to disappear. Don't even come to complain if it will happen, you was warned !
