Can i report this player

There was recently a player in my game, draft pick that asked me if they could take mid. i was afk waiting for the bans to finish but while this was happening a player decdided to take my role without me verifying and ruined my league game entirely. Can i report the player for trolling ? This summoner was also being very negative in the pre game chat.
