Banned for Scripting/Hacking/3rd Party

Hi, long time leaguer. part time player. I decided to have a extended break from January 2017 with the occasional game every now and then with new updates. Since playing in May 15th or so I dropped it for a while and tried some other games. I've come back to a perma ban due to violation of terms and conditions. I thought that i'd find a helpful support employee by sending in a ticket explaining what happened and all the details behind it. I was met with a automated reply with no help whatsoever, and when I asked to please check again I was told it was final. I've read a lot on the forums and have found its a very common issue, I'm almost dumbfounded that a game as big as Riot does not have better ways of investigating people to help them out especially when they're a paying customer and spent just about 7 years playing. I do support banning hackers 100% definitely make the game fair, but when someone has never done anything to break the terms and conditions gets banned without a little support, its hard to take. Please please please can someone help me further with this, I'll give as much information I have because clearly the investigation behind my account suspension was done quickly without attention to detail. I'm a terrible poster, but I would really like a admin/moderator to help me. Thanks for any help Brad

1st You dont get an automated answer from the support but rather a template messege. 2nd The problem with bans like these is everyone would say they are innocent and its hard to prove your innocence. Riots system saw something and banned you for it. They cant tell you what it was cause this can help actual hackers reverseengineering the system.

The security of your account and ultimately any action taken on said account, (whether it be you or not) is 100% your responsibility. Unfortunately this ban likely won't get lifted.

If I was you, I would scan my PC for keyloggers or Trojans, these are the 2 most common ways to get access to a password.
