The ban process is confusing

So I just got banned for 14 days for being toxic, Ill admit it, I shouldnt have said what I said... but... Im not going to cry about me wanting to get unbanned as I deserved it but the thing is, the people I was rightfully complaining at wont. A Malhazar went afk at level 2 and then fed when he joined back while spamminng his keyboard in chat, a teemo went 1/15 and kept running into 1v5s until the end of the game. I dont care that I got banned, I was toxic, but the thing is, I know for a fact that these people will not get banned and that just ruins it for me. RIOT needs to be stricter on ingame behaviour more than chat, talking #### in an online game shouldnt be worse than ruining a 40 minute game for your entire team.

You dont know for a fact. Your just outraged that in your mind they are not banned and never will be.

Iv played for 8 years and seens 1000's of people banned.

Iv personally had a hand in 100's of bans.

iv gotten over 20 toxic players accounts removed from the community already this year alone.

If your reports are not leading to bans it means riot doesnt value them as you have made to many false or unjustified reports in the past.

TLDR people get banned all the time. For feeding and afking ect
