Why is it even a tactic to try and tilt other players?
Explain to me why it is used tactic to do this and some people don't see it as wrong?

Because someone who's on tilt probably plays worse.
It's all about mind games. As long as we're not talking tox, it's a legitimate tactic.
"No technique is forbidden."
Because sometimes the only way to win is to tilt the enemy team before your team tilts each other.
Trash talk has been in American Sports for as long as I can remember.
when you tilt someone they play worse, ez feed, ez game. bonus points because 80% of the time by feeding they also tilt their teammates just don't say anything toxic and you go scott free
Control 6
The reason it's used is because when you're tilted you make silly mistakes you wouldn't otherwise make.
Why they think it's okay I dunno, I mean. It also depends how they are tilting you. For example Uzi gets tilted very easily so to annoy him the opposing team flash their emotes, getting him to make stupid mistakes makes it easier for the enemy team to kill him and is a friendly part of the game.
If they're trying to get you tilted by flaming, harassing or just being jerks in general I will never understand that kind of behavior to win a game.
You dont tilt unless you are a weak person simple as that.
People are assholes
is this explanation enough? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwPWmngpAV4
There are almost no new Players, so the Playerbase only gets worse. @ lv 15: you get matched with the most toxic bronze players who claim to be master league @ lv 20: you get matched with actual diamond 1 who play like bronze 5, just cause they want to make the game even more toxic for newer players.
overall riot doesnt care anymore, so its no wonder you wont find league on any good moba list.
also the system works like this: -ban the champ someone wanted to pick -get smite and run around doing nothing -take 1-2 towers -get rewarded for reporting your team
or atleast thats what my new account has been rewarded for. pretty much i send out 20 reports a day, get feedback that a penalty was issued @ 5 of them and be rewarded with 2-4 keystone fragments
The term you are looking for is Gamesmanship
And it is a valid if not quasi-legal (As in dubious but not against the rules) tactic in sports.
