im not one to usually do this but im in bronze and im trying to climb out. the problem isnt unskilled players or being trolled its the fact that out of the last 10 games and im not being drastic there is a afk / leaver in atlest 5 of those. the biggest thing i have a problem with is you know they are repeat offenders and yet they can still que 10 mins later because there are no harsh punishments being handed down or atleast inforced. I know im speaking for alot of people and i like to play league and win but its hard to win a game 4v5 or 3v5 and you spend 30-50 mins of your time to lose and lose lp. there should be a ban system in place to block ips and olny let them que arams or something for 7 days then it may stop as frequent or make them lose a whole rank for going afk or leaving

This will never happen. Riot supports trolls, AFKs, etc. as they all spend money on in-game content. The only reason they have taken such a strong stance against toxic people is because the community overwhelmingly demands it, otherwise they would leave them in the game as well.

I voted no. Only because I think I have a better solution. Match players that afk/disconnect often with other players that afk and disconnect often. A win for everyone!!!

At least until the players that afk/disconnect regularly play games all the way through. Let's say 5 games of not disconnecting, you will be placed back in the games with people that don't afk/disconnect. But get thrown back in with afk-ers if you do it twice within 24 hours. By "it" I mean disconnecting and not coming back for more than 20% of the game's duration or afk-ing for more than 20% of the game's duration.
