About Boosting
Playing a ranked game and giving it back, will result in a 14-day ban for Elo-Boosting.
But what if I (was silver 3 btw) play on a silver 2 account, will it be considered Elo-Boosting even though I am a lower rank?

Account sharing is punishable. Don't play on an account that isn't yours and don't allow people to play on your account.
you should just not play on accounts that are not your's... how could you feel good about getting a rank you didnt even deserve when you didnt even get their yourself.
From silver 3 to silver 2 there isnt much of a difference so it doesnt really matter, but lower rank to higher rank example: Bronze 5 playing on a diamond 1 account would still cause trouble for OTHER players. Elo boosting isnt an issue for the player that get boosted or boost the the rest of the community trying to play with someone of another elo.
