Account banned for Recovery

Hello, boards. my account got perma-banned back in 2014, because I recovered my account "too much". I'm here questioning why they put a limit of 2 recoveries ONLY on 1 account. let alone, a limit. I mean, If i have valid info, and i can prove that it's my account. There's no 2-step authentication. there's no cellphone pin security. Nothing. Unlike Blizz's authentication system. Also, the only way to recover a lost account besides sending a ticket is by email. What if i no longer have that email? That's it? my account's gone? That's pretty dumb. Like, damn i messaged riot support about 20 times to get my account unbanned just because i forgot it's details since i haven't played on it for a long time, and their response was "Nope, you recovered it too much(but only 2 times wow, 2 times is so much riot, ty)." Meanwhile other people in the game who int/afk/flame still roam freely between two games, and scripters use their hacks and are forgiven most of the time with a perma-ban reduced to 14 days. Wow, those are some priorities,riot. What reason is my account locked from me? Like how does an account stolen from it's owner, risk the security of OTHER accounts? I don't understand this message at all. 3 years later i'm still here trying to get back my account. I've stopped playing league completely after this, after realizing how Riot Support is actually very bad at dealing with accounts. So what this post is about, is not only a complaint. It is a request to :

  • A better security system implemented for Accounts. (2-Step,etc..)
  • INCREASE the number of times you can recover your account
  • implement a smart-database system that holds details of the account and reviews them manually (Matches IPs, login places,etc...)
  • Why even perma-ban a guy's account just because he lost login credentials, even though he has all the valid info for it.
  • THE SUPPORT PAGE ON SUSPENDED ACCOUNTS DUE TO SECURITY DOESN'T EVEN MENTION THAT YOU HAVE A MAXIMUM OF 2 RECOVERIES. VERY MISLEADING And of course, personally. I see my account being perma-banned, unjust.

The account recovery form sends the e-mail to whatever e-mail you write in the form. It doesn't have to be the same e-mail. A lot of people use the form in cases where they've lost the associated e-mail actually. If they deem it suspicious they will lock the account to protect it.

Also: you mentioned you messaged them 20 times; did you actually wait for a response before sending the other 19? That might be your actual problem.

tbh this sounds like you paid for a boosting service and they took off with your acc.
