Permabanned accounts

So anyone who has a permabanned account can agree. I know riot said they'll never unban any people who have been banned for toxicity, etc. But, I find that kind of stupid. If we put our time into this game and people intentionally troll us and make us toxic, you can't just blame us for not "muting them". They can do actions in game, such as intentionally bait you into death then laugh at you, which is why I got banned for being toxic. I haven't been on since around Febuary of this year because it was permabanned and I have other accounts that have been permabanned for calling someone, "Bronze", and "Ez game", even though they said the same things, I only get punished. Why can't riot care about it's playerbase? Why don't we get a chance to "reform"? Isn't that what the reform card is for? At least unban the account and in the next 10-20 games, if something toxic is said to an extent, re-ban it.

You do get a chance to reform. There are currently 3 forms of punishment before a permanent ban is issued on an account, and those are your chances to reform your behavior. If you go through all 3 of the lesser punishments, that's when Riot permanently bans an account.

If you didn't go through those 3 lesser punishments, then you must have exhibited extreme negative behavior that Riot tends to have zero tolerance for, and would very likely get you punished in many other games as well.

Player 1 - 4 are in my team

I am in a game where player 1 starts to flame player 2 because he fked a gank up. player 2 ignores it. 5 minutes Later player 1 start to flame player 3 since he didn't grouped up when player 1 wanted it. Player 3 gets triggerd and flames back. These 2 start a keyboard warrior fight till the end and call for reports in all chat.

Why do player 2, player 4 and me have to deal with this bullshit? We are all annoyed of you BOTH. The beginner and the follower of flame. You are both not usefull for the game. We will report you in any case and you get punished since you will fk the game up for everyone.

If you can't ignore it mute him. If you can't because you need the hate then you have to think about that you get punished.

Are you stupid? You get like 3 or 4 chances to reform, well that was me on my main account I didn't reform I got perma

Now stfu about "not fair" we got ourselves there for our actions
