ok before this ban i got a 10 game chat restriction nothing else and that was about a week ago

that was my first warning on the account for like 3 months

and the game quality has gone right down but i got a 14 day ban for this

i know i was a bit toxic but this was my second offence

i mean i thought a 25 chat restriction would be fine or a 2 day ban not a 14 day from 1 warning

wow your 10 game CR was ONE WHOLE WEEK ago damn! what a trooper! depending on your behavior, getting your account back to a clean state can take months.

"a bit toxic" you call this a bit toxic? there is not a single line in this game where you dont call your teammates useless idiots and blame them. and you call this a bit toxic??? wtf!?

there is no such thing as a 2 day ban. 10 game CR, 25 game CR, 14 day ban, permaban. also fun fact: this is the 2nd post in idk 3 years or so that manages to skip a punishement tier WITHOUT using certain keywords. so congratulations, in 3 years youre the 2nd person who reached such a toxic level that they skipped a punishement tier just with flame and no hatespeech

and in case you dont know: after your 14 day ban, your account is on its last chance. the smallest misbehavior from your side will result in a permaban. you have been warned

Yeah, pretty standard stuff. And sidenote, yes you ARE wasting your time. Winning or losing doesnt really change that fact.

As someone who has been in this exact situation I got you. What you need to do is open a support ticket, live chat would be best, but a ticket will also do. In said ticket, or chat, don't be an assclown, don't go into a big rambling post... literally all you have to say is "I recently came off a 10 game restriction and soon after received another punishment. I understand my logs are punishable but I think they should have been a 25 game chat restriction not a 14 day ban. Can you please look into the escalated punishment?".

Your exact situation happened to me and with in 15 mins of getting my 14 day notification it was updated to 25 game chat and I was playing again.

chat restriction -> 14 day suspension -> perma ban

If you flame, insult, and tilt your team after getting chat restriction and you get reported you will get punished.
