Can I be banned for this?

I'm playing League normal's and our jungler forgets smite so he lanes top with me, fine ok its not great but whatever. I ask him to buy relic shield so we don't have to fight over cs. He refuses and then gives away two kills. After this point I say to my team I am not playing this game and i will be afk in fountain. On this game am I in the wrong or is my jungler.

I mean you shouldn't ever afk, but you won't get banned for it. At worst they'll give you the low priority que for 20 mins as punishment if it's a first offense

You're both wrong... It probably won't happen enough for you to be banned but what 420 Grams replied will probably be your punishment.
