Guide on how to use the instant feedback system as effectively as possible!

I saved this very handy guide written by another player, although I forgot who (xD):

"I just make more accounts. I avoid using in-game chat as all this will do is get you flagged by the automated system for punishment. I don't intentional feed or do anything that will obviously get my account flagged for punishment. I play ranked and troll my teammates in every non-chat related way possible. In champ select I'll ban their hover picks, I steal their picks if I come before them in pick order, I'll pick off-meta sometimes VERY off-meta. In game I'll steal CS, bait teammates into engaging then throw them under the bus, intentionally avoid teamfights and generally throw the match. All of this is done to tilt and bait a chat reaction from other players. In postgame I then report anyone who has crossed the line in chat, this will pretty much get them auto-punished by the automated punishment system.

And the result? I get the popup message 'a player you have reported has been punished' constantly. Chat violations in particular get picked up by their automated system quite efficiently. If you see any of the following in chat, it's pretty much a guaranteed valid report leading to eventual punishment on the player in question:

'Hate speech' - this includes any of the common words relating to sexuality, race, religion, or developmental disorders. (these have a very high report->punishment rate for whatever reason) Any of the following words or variations on said words: "feed", "n00b", "report" (pretty much typing the word report = asking for something to be reported -> harassment punishable), "bad" , "boosted". Pretty much any word that is often contextually negative, even if not in the case in question, will be punishment worthy by their automated system."

If you do the above you use the instant feedback system at its maximum efficiency and you help weed out the toxic individuals in the community that flame and say mean things. Happy playing, Summoners! ^_^

yea, we've all seen too much of this on the boards.

False information being spread and people asking for reports to get "majority votes".

Hope these will be part of the new visibility features coming after the new client is done.

People doing this are worse than people flaming.

As Riot CLEARLY states: Anything the players say is solely their responsibility, and that other parties are not taken into consideration when the punishment is considered. If these players choose to flame and be toxic, it's their choice, and we are simply wiping out the negative players from the player base. Keep the rift positive! :^)

By being a dick to people that don't flame? Yes, much positivity indeed.

Those are few and far between and a sad consequence of our battle vs the toxicity in League. The happiness of the few must be sacrificed for the greater gain of the majority. Positivity will eventually prevail on the rift!

At least if people flame I can mute them, but if people intentionally destroy my games "for the sake of the community" I can't do anything. Now that's why this community is bad. 49% is made of toxic players, 49% is made of trolls and 2% is made of normal people.

Well those 2% must hate your presence because you seem like an insanely toxic individual.

Hope you get punished.

Just cause I'm a little negative on boards it doesn't mean I'm that way in game. I barely talk and when I do it's usually "gj" or "dragon" or "gg/bg"

Your words of wisdom are ...... Lets leave it at that, fairly sure. What you're describing is still a punishable offence.

Champ select- banning your teams hover picks, locking off meta or very off meta heros, in the goal of tilting your team..... Punishable In game- throwing you under the buss, admitting to throwing games in order to tilt people Reporting to better the community What happens when we no longer need such a HERO as yourself
