I was wondering that if i get a chat restriction after i received my ranked rewards, will i lose my border?

But it's better to not get chat restricted at all. you'll loose hextech rewards.
Lol, maybe behave in a way that doesn't leave you in danger of getting chat restricted so you wouldn't even have to worry about it?
