Deserved "Intentional Feeding" ban ?

League of Legends Match History

Hello everyone !

I wanted to understand my 14 day ban for, apparently, "intentional feeding".

I was playing Vayne in the toplane and lost hard, getting 4 deaths after 8 minutes. After finishing Blade of the Ruined King, i made an horrible decision to buy some lethality items which put me even further behind, resulting in 19 deaths after 43 minutes of playing. I was getting insulted and reportcalled by my teammates, however I didn't flame back and asked them to stop being negative.

In short:

  • Vayne Top (because we got Ziggs bot and 2 tanks)
  • 4/19/3 score
  • 220 farm
  • 31.9k dmg, second in my team
  • Sold lethality items for attack speed items after realizing my mistake

However i didn't intentionally feed, i got 3 reports and got banned after only 5 minutes of the match (which means Riot didn't really investigate the case).

Thanks for your feedback!

I think the problem you're having is that when you have a bad day, you REALLY have a bad day. 6/11 Kayle. 1/12 Poppy. 8/17 Yi. 7/17 Yi. 1/13 Garen. 0/9 Vayne. 4/12 Trist. 13/15 Vayne (No one had more than 7 deaths on your team). 4/19 Vayne.

A lot of these are happening on ADCs, and you aren't racking up the assists either, so it doesn't look like you're teamfighting - it looks like you're doing your own thing and either getting caught or you're intentionally going down lane when you know you're exposed. I think the other thing is that you're in Silver I, so the expectation is that you know the game and you're cognizant of the fact you need to chill out and farm safely or teamfight and help your team. I doubt the punishment was taken with only the single game you mention and that these other games were also taken into account.

I should state, I know nothing about your methods or motives, I'm merely looking at the match history and seeing what could be highlighted as possible inting.

kinda bad, because there are literally people who troll in ranked matches and they go full feed ashe etc. and they have 50 games in a row lose (trolling) and still not banned

Well, if you go 4/19/3 as ADC in ranked, it should be punishable whether it was intentional or not. I don't agree with that being worthy of a 14 day ban though, but there should be some punishment for feeding that hard in ranked.

Hmm... I usually have a few very subtle things I like to check in such cases, and I almost always find at least something that's suspicious. But in this case, I'm drawing a blank (well, outside of the high death count, of course). Riot's system obviously has more data than what we see in the match history, but yeah, I think this definitely warrants a manual review.

Did you open a support ticket already? A forum thread can work quicker, but it's always a bit of a gamble, since it might just be your thread is overlooked.

Riot doesn't really "Investigate" most of the cases that show up. In the case of this one it was triggered by the instant feedback system.

good job riot. please ban all this kind of intentional feeder. Also give them heavy LP punishment such as drop 1 tier directly.

I mean in a 43 minute game if you die 19 times that's a death around every 2 minutes and 15 seconds or so? Considering the death timer and the time it takes to walk back to lane... it's hard to imagine you did anything but walk straight into them everytime.

For all those that keep claiming nobody gets banned for intentional feeding and they're toxic because of it.... Ah ah ah. We have an intentional feeding ban.

vayne is usually considered a TROLL pick in the top lane because it RARELY works

Early, I was trying to trade with my opponent and their jungler was camping me. Even after 0-4, I was still winning trades against Ekko (aa cancelling, using minion waves, magic resist, ...), but Lee didn't stop ganking

Later, since I was useless i tried to take towers (my team even pinged me to do it), and I was dead seconds after i started attacking the tower. I was also grouping with my team but without any succes since their assassin was one-shoting me, hence my low assist score.

It shouldn't mather how often you die, but how: in my case, it was either a low hp opponent that I tried to kill or splitpushing

If only I could download a replay of the game I could have shown you that it wasn't intentional but mosly bad decision making ...

That 3/22 J4 game is suspicious. and that 2/12 Fiora game.

idk, my first even league account was banned first for making a snakes on a plane joke ("im tired of these mf scrubs, on this mf rift" at 30 seconds, which means its srs duh), and then perma for int feeding, after a 10 game loss streak, despite having nearly 9 towers or more taken by me split pushing while my team greifed, for the entire game, yeah, i havent spend a DIME since season 5 started, which is when i went on that loss streak
