Perma banned for no reason

So I got perma banned with a my group of friends today. I don't see why any of them would report me. This is why I STRONGLY believe that all 5 of the other players reported me as they were all premades as well. It's true that I was being toxic in a game about a month ago. I got banned for 2 weeks and completely deserved it. This time however, I literally said NOTHING toxic in the all chat. NOTHING. I typed 2 messages the whole game in all chat asking the ezreal to stop destroying me since I got rekt pretty hard. All of my msgs including swear words were in team chat with friends. How can I get banned for toxic behavior when I didn't even say anything? Is there any way I can get someone to check my chat logs? Because considering how fast I got banned I'm assuming it's automated. I do admit I swore a lot in that game but it was to friends where we all know we're just messing around. The point is, I got reported by people I never talked to until the end game chat. Their thresh and ez landed lots of skillshots on me so I did say they were scripting in a satire manner but does that really call for perma ban? I mean I don't see how that can possible be perma ban worthy.

Here is the replay that shows my all chat messages. I literally sent like 4 the whole game which included no rude or toxic messages.

you get punished for a series of games, not the one you are playing in.

so probably the previous couple of games you were playing in.

you are welcome to send in a support ticket to riot games if you want to appeal your punishment.

BTW, if you've added me to your friendlist cost you want to dyna-queue with me, I will still report you if you were rude despite you being my "friend"

My friends admitted the ban was bs and the one "toxic" thing I said was a joke to a friend where he even went along with it. I'm 100% sure I was reported because the other team was honestly filled with douchebags.

and so what if it was the other team reporting you?

its still legit.

EDIT: emails have a limit on how many lines that can be sent, if you want more logs, you can support a riot ticket.

Also, you still get punished over a series of games, and the toxic part your friends were talking about, were not the only things that were toxic in your chat.

But I said nothing in all chat. I don't see how they can report me for things they never saw. I mean sure I swore a lot but that was with friends. It's as if I got reported by the enemy team and riot saw that I swore in team chat and then banned me :/

I don't believe text limit is actually a problem. The last time something like this happened it sent me 2 whole games both in which I spoke A LOT more.

Well the only rude words I made were clearly jokes that my friends understood. This was all in team chat. I got judged by people who never saw me type anything outside of 4-5 messages that had nothing to do with toxic and rude behavior. That's why I'm complaining.

I never wanted anything from you if you can't help. You're the one who came and replied. I'm basically telling you if since you're clearly ignoring everything I'm saying you should stop replying. Simple.

Yes we tend to say that when we're with friends. That was all in team chat. If you want proof watch the replay. Was never meant to offend anyone especially considering they were never sent to them.

was it a full 5 man premade? You mention it was a group of friends, and the other team, but never mention how many friends were actually in the group.

yes it was 5 man premade. They agreed the ban was bs and we're all 100% sure the other 5 premades on the other team reported me despite never typing anything except for 4 messages which included NO toxic behavior at all.

Well I hope you took the advice of those posted here and submitted a support ticket.

Literally all we can do here is tell you what the rules say, and what part of your chat was toxic. And technically it was toxic, it was just in a group of friends that was playing along.

you have two options. leave the chat logs here and see what people say, or send a ticket into riot support.

even if you were joking around with friends, that can get you in trouble if riot doesn't see it that way, so you have to be careful of what you type in game.

someone reported you that game, and i would doubt it was the other team just for that. riot also can't tell you who reported you, so it could have been on of your friends.

even still, that chat log would get you in trouble, since riot can't know that it was just a joke and everyone took it as such.

also, riot only sends between 1 to 3 chat logs, though there are more, unless the one they sent was bad enough, which is fairly rare.

He said "give it to me" after made my message. If that's not proof it was a joke then idk what is. And again. I'm 100% sure the other team reported me so getting reported for "toxic" messages in team chat is flat out dumb. They're judging me for things they never saw.

riot only sends the most recent chat logs, though they can see all the chat logs. it's not perfect in that sense since they may be looking at a worse case, and only send you that game. you can ask for more chat logs.

as for your friends knowing it's a joke and only the other team reporting you, while that is possible, i would say use a chat system like discord, skype, or curse in the future to avoid even being mistakenly punished. riot looks at what you said and how some poeple could take it, not the people you were with, which isn't always good since you may have only been like that with your friends. they would punish you for it so you aren't like that with other people, even if you aren't actually like that with random people.

We were using skype but not all of us could at the time. The person I said "suck my junk to" wasn't in the call.
