Player banned for un-official reason

Umm, hello there. Riot one of my friends was banned for a totally un-official reason. And i would just like to tell you to un banned the player and get your stuff fixed. It says here that he was banned for leveling the account with botting. I would like to say that the account has been level 30 for over a year and i really dont know what is wrong with your system but the player was permanently banned. his in game name is yaddaboy. riot please take a look at this and please explain to us why the player was banned because this isnt a valid reason.
