Ban for flaming an inter wich flames me

Hey so I got banned for a game and it's kinda depressing to see that this shit went through because my adc just went afk while not cooperating and then blamed me for the whole game and i got banned for this game like 3 days later ?!?!?!?

w/e here is the chat :

ok so seems like someone was attacking me and i answered with a fact : watch the replay, because when you watch the replay nothing is questionnable, and then i says that he called me an idiot so basically we're equal for the fact that i called him a dumbass.

so clearly i let you guys judge about how toxic i was and why the fuck i am banned like seriously i wanted to get the replay but it's outside of available games because i played too many since. Very weird for one game only.

I think it just went through because the adc and one of his friend reported me and i didn't report the inting since he stopped inting after lvl 3

I think i got banned because of that sneaky synonym for black person when talking friendly to someone in chat, it was actually funny, we both enjoyed it. Trist wasn't, he was raging and flaming at least 20x more than i did.

Your ban wasn't necessarily for flaming the inter. While there is a fair bit of flaming, and that is against the rules, what really got you was the use of hate speech. Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards any form of hate speech, and you've got it in these logs twice.

Both of these are considered hate speech; retard as it is a slur against people suffering from mental illness, and the other is considered so offensive that the Boards censors it. The use of any form of hate speech is grounds for an immediate 14 day suspension, or permanent suspension, depending on the severity of the usage and the state of the account at the time. If you've already had a prior 14 day suspension and have not worked your account back into good standing through positive game play, then any further rule violations would result in an immediate permabanning of the account, especially if the violations were hate speech.

I believe each one of them are retarded for calling me that, you know it's not their fault that they attach such importance to such thing. But at the time it didn't seem like much. So I just answered without thinking much. I made sure to write what he was doing wrong exactly.

And 2 cs in a duo lane once lvl 2 is reached is nothing so no one can say i was trolling and an idiot. But trist did ! Will you not let me replicate ? Maybe he just wanted me to insult him somehow so he could report me.

Like the bullies. They're stronger than you physically you can't do anything when you're alone. So they tickle you over and over again and you can't do anything because you're going to get smashed. And if you tell that to the teacher well he's going to ask people in the class and they're going to hide it AND they're going to bully you more. And if you were to hit them with a stick, well the teacher would comes and would take you for a bully ? What if the teachers knew all along that the other kids were bullying him ?

This is the problem that happens when you try to retaliate against a bully. They, the people like the tristana, they know when they are getting to you. They know when they are pushing your buttons, and making you angry and more frustrated. All they want is to see you lose control over the match. The bigger, the better, So, how do you deal with trolls?

First rule of the internet. Don't. Feed. The. Trolls. Don't give them what they want. They will eventually screw upon, and you can catch them in their own mistakes.

I'm not in the slightest bit offended. But my opinions of what you said, and whether Riot allows you to say it are two very different things. I might think it's the fanciest, funniest shite I've ever seen ( I don't, but I might), but as long as Riot deems it to be hate speech and forbids it's usage in their games, then it doesn't matter. Anyone who uses it has to face the consequences.
