Riot Needs to Fix the Report System

Well after a game with extremely toxic people, I have been granted a 25 game chat ban. These people flamed me all game when I just wanted them to shut up and play. I told them to stop typing and yet this duo constantly shit on me for no reason the entire game. These kids got me so pissed off that I couldn't handle playing the game anymore. I logged off of LoL. I understand it was ranked but when you have people that type the entire game just talking shit and stealing your farm... It isn't even fun. Why does Riot punish me when people who queue together just gang up on people who LITERALLY cannot defend themselves against a team report?

Press Tab in game. Go to their champion. Click the speaker icon in the upper corner.

Also, when will people finally learn, Team Reports do nothing. NOTHING. Absolutely nothing.

1 report will flag the game for review. Multiple reports? Again nothing. The first report? Will flag it for review. The second report? It'll be flagged for review a second time... doing nothing extra. This is so 'Team Reports' won't be unfair.

incorrect, I have confirmation from Riot employee the number of reports **ABSOLUTELY **influences the review and their moderation.

Idk how to + You can't even see what they said so what I say looks out of place. I gave them a lot of "?" and kept calling children because they wouldn't shut up.

When you log in you should get an in-client reform card. It will have up to three games worth of your chat logs. You can copy and paste them here in the comment section or by editing your original post and pasting there instead.

The other players piss poor behavior does not give you a "Get out of Jail Free" card to be toxic back at them. You are responsible for your own chat. If you had defended yourself by just muting them and after the game ended by reporting them you wouldn't even have obtained your first punishment of a 10 game chat restriction. But you are now on your second punishment, which is a 25 game chat restriction.

The punishments go in this order:

10 game chat restriction.
25 game chat restriction. (You are here.)
14 day ban.
Permanent ban.

If you want us to help you reform so you don't end up ever getting the 3rd or 4th punishment then it would be in your best interest to post them so that we can help you be a better player. You don't have to reform into a veritable ball of sunshine in every match. Focus on helping the team with your chat. Make your chat as informative as possible about recent enemy activity, like your opponents summoner 4 being down. Or making suggestions that can help the team, like asking about a try for Dragon, Herald, or Baron.
