Riot Needs to Fix the Report System

Well after a game with extremely toxic people, I have been granted a 25 game chat ban. These people flamed me all game when I just wanted them to shut up and play. I told them to stop typing and yet this duo constantly shit on me for no reason the entire game. These kids got me so pissed off that I couldn't handle playing the game anymore. I logged off of LoL. I understand it was ranked but when you have people that type the entire game just talking shit and stealing your farm... It isn't even fun. Why does Riot punish me when people who queue together just gang up on people who LITERALLY cannot defend themselves against a team report?

Press Tab in game. Go to their champion. Click the speaker icon in the upper corner.

Done. Muted.

Also, when will people finally learn, Team Reports do nothing. NOTHING. Absolutely nothing.

1 report will flag the game for review. Multiple reports? Again nothing. The first report? Will flag it for review. The second report? It'll be flagged for review a second time... doing nothing extra. This is so 'Team Reports' won't be unfair.
