Account Suspended????

Hey guys, So I found out yesterday my account was permanently suspended and I contacted support. They told me that it was banned due to protective services and I should submit a ticket for reclaiming my account.

Here is my problem: I have played this account on and off multiple times over the years and I had not verified my email since the email verification boost notice. I recently wanted to get back into the game so I relogged and verified. I signed up for this account YEARS ago and have no idea what my original email was/which champs I first bought/my first rp purchase. I could only give guesses regarding that info. I have no clue on how to get my account back. I told riot in the description about some of my more memorable skins and such but I doubt that will be enough....

What can I do from now on?

Nothing you can do but start over, happens more times then you think, I log all my accounts for games, emails and passwords.

I would try to offer any information possible and talk to them honestly. They have reason to be careful.

My guess is that because you didn't verify your email someone got hold of your account and changed the information/email to the account to get said account, or something along those lines. I'm no expert on hacking into accounts, but I've been having this happen to me pretty recently where I see someone requesting a password change in my emails... Mainly my Steam account.

They're probably concerned about the activity on that account, most likely failed login attempts or location differences being off.
