i got perma banned for this but i dont get banned for telling people to kill them selves while other trolls keep their account this is so so so sad gamer moment

Two things. Either you should submit a ticket because this is not really ban worthy on its own, though as Game 3, yes.

Or you are lying or excluding information. In the latter case, it won't help, we can't do anything for you.

you may have been permabanned for pre-game or post-game chat if you haven't had a prior 14 day temp ban.

you can open a support ticket and ask if it is pre/post game chat that contributed and they can give you a transcript.

riot has said they're working on a solution for clarity with pre/post game chat punishments and the reform cards, but I have no idea how far along they are on it.

Yeah Riot have definitely escalated their punishment system and made it less tolerant in the past month. Huge influx of people being banned for quite minor things, to be honest. Not exactly sure why, will be interesting to see if there is an explanation. People shouldn't be banned even if they are toxic to be honest, perm chat mute/restriction is and always has been an option.

Am I correct to assume you have received a 14-day ban recently? Even one incident of toxicity is enough to trigger a permanent ban after that.

It could be that you were given incorrect chat logs, if you've told people to kill themselves, that should earn a punishment.

It could be that you were punished for pre/post game chat. Those aren't displayed in the reform card.

It could be that you're generally unpleasant to play with, and eventually earned a punishment based on frequency.
