Ok so I was just having fun with my friend me and him were palying duo and riot decides they want to ban me for 3rd party use?? LIKE hello? its my account and no one elses@?@??? this is the second acc they have banned and I didn't even use and 3rd party things this is so unfair... AND NOT TO MENTION IT SAYS ANOTHER ACC NAME THAT I MADE LIKE 5 MONTHS AGO (IS THIS A JOKE RITO)......

Not to be a debbie downer here, but the likelihood of getting falsely banned just once is almost nonexistent, let alone twice.
Was the previous ban also for third party product use, and are there any programs you've installed that interact with League of Legends in any way? Overall, your best bet will likely be a support ticket since there isn't any information we (players) can validate.
ur using mods and or scripts, lets not play dumb, i got caught too so start over and dont do it again
Third party use is not caused by duo-queuing. It means you were suspected of using modifications of the League of Legends program. This can be programs that modify files in the League of Legends folder, add extra tools to the program, or run scripts that help with the game. There are many things that 3rd party use encompasses, those are just a few examples. Riot can typically see all the accounts that a players has so it is possible the cited both accounts for the violation.
If you are sure you haven't used anything like that, the best thing to do is ask Riot to look into it. You can do that by submitting a support ticket.

Some people have been hit with '3rd party' program use by running things that automate some OTHER game or thing they were doing. In the old forums I saw several who got hit by using clicker 'bots' on things like cookie clicker and such.
I literally did nothing wrong to deserve a ban like wth
