I got 1 chat restriction all year. Am I ineligible for end of season rewards?

Just wondering because I was having one bad game and I got a 10-game chat restriction off of it. Its my only offense this year.

There hasn't been an official announcement from Riot as to how behavioral punishments will affect end of season rewards this season.

If we go by the rules of last season, though, then you will still be eligible for the rewards.
