Perma-ban Worthy?
Hey. If you want the short version, just look at the last sentence. This is going to be a long story, so if you have the time, please, read. Just for some background info: I was unbanned from a two week ban three weeks ago and I was playing about three-four games a day (about seventy-ish games at the time of the game I will be describing) without saying anything toxic AT ALL. The only "negative" impacts I had in a few games was leaving for 5 minutes once, but no toxicity.
I was in a game as Vayne ADC with an inting/trolling Lux support (the classic running into enemies, not helping, flaming). I didn't say anything to her, but I muted her near the middle of the game to prevent her from tilting me. At the time of late game, she wasn't inting, but the damage had already been done. The rest of the team wasn't doing so hot (5/7, 6/12, 5/8, 7/13) but I was hard carrying (19/6). At this point, one of my teammates, after I had 1v3'd, asked the rest of the team if "we can just do what Vayne says" since everybody was running around like headless chickens. Just for banter, I told that teammate to "kill yourself, I'll join you" in which he replied with an "xd I'll get the bleach" and some more friendly banter afterwards, evident that he had CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD IT WAS NOT SERIOUS (I know that "suicide is not a joke, blah blah," but the other person was clearly not bothered by it). It turned out to be a close game, but we still lost. I was honored by everybody except the trolling/flaming Lux, getting the "most honored" but got reported by the Lux. Is it really fair to be perma-banned for messing up for ONE GAME out of seventy games (and after three weeks of no toxicity)?
Is it perma-ban worthy for, after around three weeks or seventy games of no toxicity and leveling up in honor, saying "kill yourself" in which the other person CLEARLY understood it as the joke in which it was intended as, as well as being honored by said person (and two others)?
