So I got was trying to log on to league one day and then it said that my account was permanently suspended. It said to check my email, and there was no email about anything. I have never been toxic and have never been inting. So I believe that Riot banned the wrong person.
I had a similar thing happen to me, it turned out that the suspension was for protection (I guess someone had tried to access it ). Log a ticket with riot and they should get back to you within a day or two, ask a few questions to verify it’s your account and then unlock it
Submit a ticket to Riot Support. What zAber33 said is normally the case.

Most of the time there's a reason. But it can be as minor as telling someone stfu in 3 different games.
