Riot Support Ticket Response Wait Time

I have been falsely accused and was banned after one game. The chat log showed no offensive language or any racial slurs. There were no signs of any toxic behavior. I was targetted because as the jungler I didn't gank 2 lanes because they kept feeding and it would make it worse if I tried to help now. They kept overextending and feeding. Could someone from Riot please review my case. I have been waiting and want to get this solved because it was an erroneous ban. It's unfair to be banned for 2 weeks when nothing has showed that I was toxic

It helps when claiming not having said anything offensive in chat to post chatlogs from the punishment. In fact, it's common policy in their subforum. Unless you were punished under gameplay reasons, chat bans are typically accurate because you had smaller issues multiple times, or one or two bigger ones enough to get flagged.

Most rioters are busy with worlds and what not. Busiest time of the year.

However I've been going around and seen alot of people are skipping tier punishments, alot in a short period of time.

And all you my ask, "Mus are you high on Poros"

I've seen pre level 30s (Levels 1-29 range ) get banned first offense on the forums and I think the automated system may be a little rusty. And unlike you, they posted logs and it didn't seem tier skipping worthy.

So I can relate but It would be nice if you can post logs.

Like what the fellow below said: Takes 1-3 Buisness Days for a response and they are busy with worlds.

Typically there's 2-3 game's worth of chat logs. You only list 1.

With what I currently see: harassing players by going on with reported was unnecessary. If you're going to do it, then simply do it after game. No need to speak about it in chat.
