is there a way to report people and show riot a print screen when someone is racist ? i know i can report in game but i mean on the website maybe ?

You can make a support ticket. But good luck actually getting a response/usefull response from Riot.

you really don't need to submit additional evidence. The post game reporting system is good enough.
