Verbal Abuse

My reasoning of writing this is because i wanted to make riot aware of their verbal abuse system. They say that they will ban players for two weeks or forever if it is verbal abuse. My idea for them is don't ban their accounts for verbal abuse, people pay good money for what they have on League Of Legends and they shouldn't lose it all because they got mad and started being abusive in chat. My idea is to create a system that if you are reported for verbal abuse, it would go through the system and if it is not false and they were saying rude things in chat they would remove your chat abilities instead of removing your account. I think this would be a good idea because that would keep players in line and they would never have to stop playing this wonderful game, by the way the channel link is mine I post as much as I can and hopefully you will check it out. Hopefully riot reads this and enlightens my idea.
