A new way to punish unsportsmanlike players without hurting the victims

I find it ridiculous how I have to make a thread about this situation. I often get into a ranked game full of trolls and toxic players and end up constantly losing because of them. I find it unfair how everyone who was trying their best and weren't trolling gets punished for it by losing LP. I feel like riot needs to look on our perspective and see how we feel about losing LP and demoting from unsportsmanlike players. I've come up with a safer way to punish unsportsmanlike players without harming the victims. Riot should improve the tribunal system by having an overwatch monitoring these ranked games like how they do it in CSGO and punish those who troll after the game. They should also ban the suspects and count their games as a loss but give the victims a loss prevented. I believe its the best way to prevent players from tilting and eventually become toxic/trolls and it would also make the community a lot better and feel safe knowing that the jerks are the only ones that got punished. What do you guys think? [slayer-jinx-wink]

riot doesnt care about the players, they care about making money... this will cost money, not gonna happen.

sounds expensive. League is much much much larger than CS:GO. Plus Tencent doesn't give a fuck about you.
