First of all i don't know where to appeal a ban so im posting this here. I didn't know this would actually happen, after finishing a 25 game mute you receive a permanent ban, don't you find that way too unreasonable?? Like most people, i do not read the games rules (summoner code) i would expect a suspension before a permanent ban or at-least a warning. I am sincerely asking for my ban to be lifted as i've invested quite an substantial amount of money and time.

The last time i've played league properly was back in 2012 when riot wasn't as strict about flaming.

Riot may advance you up the ladder of punishments faster if your behavior was bad enough to warrant it.

You should have received chat logs (that contributed to the ban) through the email attached to the account, or through the client itself when you try to log in.

Riot doesn't remove perma-bans that were not issued in error.

25 game chat ban was your warning.
Not "your" account as stated in the terms and conditions that you don't read. It is riot's account and they are allowing you to use it and can permaban it at any point in time with or without warning to you as they see fit.
Riot does not care that you have spent money nor time, they care about your behavior. The way they see it, you are "renting" content on their account they are allowing you to have use of.

Depends on how toxic you were.......

Riot will not overturn a legitimate ban.

The last time i've played league properly was back in 2012 when riot wasn't as strict about flaming.

They used to do almost infinite chat restrictions..... until they came to the conclusion that most people with 100's of chat restrictions just trolled games through actions instead of chat when they reached that point.

Most people read rules...Thats way less than 1% ever gets punished. Cause more than 99% read and know rules.
