Dear riot games,

In the past i have been punished for breaking the summoners code, but! I have reformed! Every game i remind my team to honour the summoners code whenever someone breaks it. I have honoured all my teammates and enemies, and remind everyone the game is about having fun! I have worked alot to achieve this enlightment, because before my punishment i have said some terrible terrible things to my teammates and enemies, who really really didnt deserve it. I hope i can meet them again sometime, and make things right. But unfortunately i probably wont we able to do that. So now i come with a question: When will i be eligible to earn hextech chests again, if i say so myself i have earned this honorable right again. But ofcourse the judgement is only to riot games themselfs. BUT know this, since i have been punished I really have seen the light. And i will forever honour and spread the love of the summoners code.

I'm glad to hear you've taken it upon yourself to improve your behavior! That's fantastic. We need more people like you.

As for the Hextech Chests? I believe you need to have a certain amount (number undetermined and may vary from person to person...and I doubt Riot will tell us the specifics) of normal, ranked, etc. games. The system checks, to my knowledge, to see if your report frequency has dropped to average or below average levels, and wants to make sure you have enough games that it has actual data to work with.

Wait, doesn't tryndamere gain power through rage and fury? You're going to lose more games if you don't tap into his latent powers! Oh and hextech chest depend on the severity of your last ban. I was chat restricted 3 months before I could earn rewards, but it was a 25 game chat restriction I think. It varies depending on the ban.

My friend right here truly reformed he is always nice now . He always shows honour to the summoners code now he is a truly good guy. He also is the best tryndamere of eu west . And he would love to get tryndamere skins out of his HEXTECH CHESTS .

It's going to take a lot of games without negative behavior, but I believe in you!

If you don't mind, can you record the amount of games it takes you to get back your Hextech Loot? That way we can learn just how long it does take for a player to get loot back in the future, assuming the player never slips up.
