Got low priority queue (again)

It's been almost 6 years since I started to play this game and honestly I think I've had enough of the flawed punishment system. Today I got into low priority queue 2 times due to random disconnections that had nothing to do with my internet connection (considering I tested many other programs and online services including video streaming, other online games all of which worked perfectly fine with not a single loss of data or disconnection). In addition to that my old account is still held hostage (permaban until I pay 120 euros in an account that I didn't even put money or buy RP), and don't even get me started on the support team which didn't respond to any of my tickets regard various issues in the past both regarding bugs and bans. Thanks a lot, currently I consider really leaving this game due to all that mounting up and I'm sorry that I can't wait for a few hours just to play for 30 minutes in a nerve wrecking game.
