Perma Ban
One of my friends accounts got banned due to being toxic but from what i understand you are supposed to obtain multiple bans prior to the perm. If that never happened to him would he be able to appeal and possibly get his account back?

Hey Dream Mechanics,
There are 4 steps to the punishment system, but in severe cases such as hate speech and death threats Riot may escalate the punishment multiple steps. If his toxic behavior was gameplay related (such as intentional feeding) rather than chat offenses, it is very easy for a manual review of the behavior to be immediately escalated to a more severe punishment.
He can get more information on his ban and request another review through a Support Ticket.

the tiers of punishment are as listed:
- 10 game chat restriction.
- 25 game chat restriction.
- 14 day ban.
- perma ban. either your friend did undergo these punishments or he was so toxicly unique that he's one of the people that they skip all of the tiers on and just go straight to perma ban. although if he feels he was wronged he can request a support ticket.
Looks like your friend posted some of the worst verbal diarrhea available in the English language and Riot skipped the appetizer and entree and went right to dessert on his ass.

Did he happen to play Rengar on the game he was toxic?
Seriously, did he play Rengar? Cause recently I played a game against the most toxic player I have encountered in any game, possibly ever. I would like to know if this was him. It's so bad, in fact, that the match history isn't even there anymore. (I'm being honest. I dunno if it's a glitch or something, but I can't find it. It was the last match that I did.)
