So, what does one do when there is another summoner in the game telling them to kill oneself? I have the messages screenshotted, and I really don't think people that talk this way should be allowed to play in this game or use chat.

Why don't we just remove chat completely. Then no one can be offended by anything ever again.
If someone tells you to kill yourself IG it's like an auto dunk by the system. Especially if like 2 or 3 people report with you.
