Getting matched against the same people from last Champ select

This has happened to me several times now but today it has driven me so crazy that I wanted to make a discussion about this for once.

Last game I have gone into Champ select with a toxic person, he banned my champion twice and then picked my last Champion aswell. Someone else in my lobby dodged and I went back into queue, this time with a completely different team. But the opposite team banned exactly the champs I was going to pick, the ones that my friendly Toxic player last game had banned. Someone else dodged yet again and I got into a third game, this time without any signs whatsoever of the toxic person. I started the game and there you see, theres the toxic person yet again, flaming me ingame and calling me out for "sucking at my champ".

I am not sure how I am able to get matched with such a toxic person three times in a row, and then they even counter ban my picks.

This happened to me some months ago, where I had a three people troll team in my lobby, They banned all my champions and even picked all my other ones. Someone dodged (I think it was one of the enemy team) and I got into a new game. They all picked champions to counter exactly me and they all camped my lane the entire time, since "I didnt pick AP when they were in Champ select with me".

This is driving me nuts and I do not understand how I am supposed to keep a straight face when my team bans/picks my champion and then they get matched against me next game to ban/counter me again. (sometimes even flame me).

(This happened in Bronze btw, in Diamond or higher up this would happen occasionally I guess.)
