Dear riot games

Can I please get my account back at this point I'm a new/different person. This was my main and only account from until the day it was banned. Its my 1st account and it was made when the game was in beta. All thou I did flamed a 2/6/2 Teemo who feed on purpose and lost the game ending with 60 cs and 6k gold (twice as less of an income as anyone else on the team.) and i do have some history of flaming back in the gays. And i did use the C word on him out of context as if like no one in the world is suffering from it. I am fully sorry for how i acted and I've stayed in ban for long enough. I grew up and matured with this account and game. My account was banned on 10/1/2017 and it has stayed in banned for over a year without me commenting on it. (not that I have any ground as to comment on it but i still want to let some stuff off my chest.) This is the 1st ban this account ever took, It was served punishments before but other then not having more then 5 messages I can stay in a game chat or a +10 min que time on games it has yet be server a real ban (blocked from clicking playgame) for a time period. I'm not saying that I was a nice person to chat with but I have never trolled and int'ed in my accounts history. I had a problem at one point with my toxic behavior that I manege to get over on the new account I play in thanks to this ban and the honor system. I am in no way saying that flaming is good for the game even if its addressed to people who are feeding on purpose, it just doesn't help anyone. But i can just say that hitting my account from with a permanent ban without ever banning it for any period of time just hurts. Like i stated this account took punishments like +10 min longer ques and chat restriction but it has never been banned for a period of time it just instantly took a permanent ban. This happened right before the "honor system" was an idea. So players who wanted to win or be nice did get nothing in return, back in the days toxicity was a lot more then it is at the moment. I'm typing this from the account in question.

So can I please try to make a deal? Can my account be unblocked with really strict settings or something and 0/minus honor level so if I even use even one mean spirited word it will get deleted/permanently banned again without a possibility of parole (not that i have one at this moment but still) I have a second account at the moment with a honor level of 4 but i won't state its name because i fear that it might be banned. This will do for now and i really hope you guys take it serious as this account was to big of a part in my life and I have way to much good memories to part with this account forever so easily.

Sorry but once an account has been permanently banned for a legitimate and correct reason it is never restored. If you wish to prove that you've reformed then just play on another account and prove it on there.

But why perma bann me why not bann me for a period of time then if that didnt help perma bann me then

This is a 10 year old account non the less. So over 10 years ofc i collected some punishments im not that toxic as well as pleading for my banned accounts makes me look like, on top of away a team player. I never flame when someone is having a bad game and needs help.

My toxic out burst wure targeted mainy to feeders who even stated in game chat that yhey will srart feeding and they do like the teemo in my last game. I ganked him twice let him took the kills then he got ganked once than saind in team chat that he will feed and thats what he did. Hus 2/6/2 inting im 14/5 lee jungle trying to win 4 v 5 in the late game.

At this point the teemo player is still playing the game and prob took no punishment even afret most of out team reported him.

On my 2n account i play the same just dont flame the people who hard the game on purpuse. And my 4 honor on it makes me immube to banns on it but in the same player. If honor was a thing when this game happened my account will be saved.. but honor got added like a weak later sadly.
