too many trolls in ranked game now, cuz it's preseason and they don't care lp

To be fair, what is left to be taken seriously? Balance in preseason is always a mess, and whatever lp or rank you get will be reset in a few weeks anyway.

Correct me if I am wrong, but your rank in preseason helps determine with your placements, I am pretty sure I read this fact somewhere. Also, people want to play ranked to get better, try harding, get better at their mechanics and skills. They, I included, definitely do not want to queue up for a ranked game, expecting to play a good game, get better at their skills with teammates who equally care. Instead, I get lots of trolls, people who could care less if they win or lose, and do not even try to get better. There are things called NORMALS... for everyone's sake, please do not play ranked if you are going to want to ff, not care if you win or lose, do not want to get better, have a good, constructive competitive game. If you want to troll, goof around, ff, give up, don't care about your skill, just play normals, there is not a point in playing ranked. Honestly, it blows my mind.
