I actually tried to stay calm and got flamed , but why am i the one to get chat restricted ? First time and wondering ;/

You mute, then report.

Flaming back is not defending yourself, it's retaliating, and it harms not only the person you're flaming but the other players in the game as well.

Where did you go wrong? Entire chat. You don't defend yourself by typing, that only makes it worse. You defend yourself by muting. Typing back to them will not progress anything but your penalties. So don't do it.

I consider about 75% of the lines after "NamiTheGoldFish: plz stop typing its tilting for no reason" to be somewhat negative. I recommend that the next time you feel like you have to defend yourself, you just follow the advice Subdue (and Zombie partially) already gave: Mute and Report instead of defending yourself. Longer guideline is: Mute, Play to Win, Report, Forget.

Also, since you have received your first punishment, you should most likely familiarize yourself with the escalating punishment system, because you are on your way towards permanent suspension if you continue to behave like you have behaved for now. Here is the link to the FAQ.
