Riot Support and communication
Currently I have 3 support tickets(4 if you count the one riot closed before answering my questions) open. I only post here because it seem that I will get a faster response time then waiting for a riot employ through a support ticket.
After getting banned for two weeks I am seeking more information as to why I have received this ban. Riot's reform card was not sent through to me and despite asking for it to be sent through to me several time my support ticket was closed prematurely. Other questions as to why I received this punishment I would be happy to wait for, however after 9 days and the intermittent and difficult communication, leaves me doubting whether or not there will be any follow up unless I post here.
So please If a riot employ could look into my account and see why communication about my support ticket was cancelled, and why I have been left waiting again? It shows that I have had activity within the last nine hours yet no actually response which I guess means it was viewed? Either way I would just love a response explaining the situation that I am in and how we can continue to communicate swiftly.
