Because A; it is clearly not a first offense and B; it is flaming, spamming and has an incredibly high stupidity density.

You failed to learn from multiple previous punishments, and thus got wrecked. Enjoy your wreck.

The censored words are pretty much always punished, and fairly aggressively. It's considered derogatory language and hate speech, which Riot does NOT tolerate.

This is just spam, and needless. It's no where NEAR as bad as the contents of the first quote, but it doesn't make your chat logs look good.

Another thing to keep in mind is that you can eventually work your way up to a ban for violations that would normally earn a chat restriction -- if you've received a 14-day ban previously that is a warning that your next punishment WILL be a permanent ban, since you're clearly not getting better. It's not simply a case of each "level" of toxicity having a corresponding "level" of ban, and a permanent ban being reserved for the most egregious behavior -- the permanent ban is the endpoint of all non-reformed toxicity, and egregious behavior just gets you there much faster.

Used hate speech which typically bumps you up the punishment ladder. Write a support ticket if you disagree.

I think there may have been a previous history and this was just the straw that broke the camel's back kind of situation.

As the two words are censored out, I'm not 100% positive what was said, but it appears to be two different slurs used. If they are indeed the F- word and the N-word, Riot has a zero tolerance policy towards hate speech and racial and homophobic slurs are not tolerated, and their use can escalate an account up through the punishment tiers. Had you been punished recently? Or was this your first instance of punishment?
