Unfair bans

Hi guys and hi all rioters, so let's start with my issue ( to call it like that) i just received a 10 game in chat ban, ok i understand i might deserve it, i was more than " supportive" in 2 games, and by more than supportive i mean riot and "players" consider my chat log a flame, but how can u motivate people to do what they are suppose to do ? in 1 game i was adc and my supp was roaming 24/7, in min 20 i dont know if she was bot more than 5 minutes altoghether of course i get tilted and i say words that doesn't belong to league, in the other game i was top and my jungler ganked me, and by gank i mean he went towerdiving at lvl 4 and blaming me cuz i didnt follow him ( player if mathers) then all that game he was flaming and blaming me for his lvl 4 failed gank, since he was say bad words i responded the same to him, ofc my bad that is what all of u will say. And with that i want to get to my point everyone say to keep calm, not be tilted and so what about me getting a ban for those 2 games and an who decided to troll my lane dont get anything ? ( i took top lane and that ekko was assigned mid, he goes top since min 1, after starting to flame me, i go to top that was my real lane and all team started to flame me) . Why riot and the movement around is not fair ? what can i do to remove those players from the game ? ( or wait is my fault) is my fault cuz a player cant jungle proper, is my fault cuz my supp is going mid all the game long, is my fault cuz others take roles like is assigned to them ofc is my fault cuz riot punish the people who really play to win, how to motivate people when if i say ' come back bot pls' is considered a flame . just to say this is my second chat ban, the las one happened 2 years ago, since then playing over 2k games and i realised all of that, u cant say anything cuz is considered flame. Come with ideas, i will be happy to discuss with all of u, maybe we find a solution ( other than mute all, since mute all is not so team oriented action)
