I was only speaking about support ticket reporting so they can provide the video link. Typically you'll have long closed the game by the time you get a video ready.

There are ways to watch a person play in every game. Hell even some websites allow it. All riot has to do is type in the name, spectate, boom. Hence why the report option is now there.

I think you're assuming that I'm saying to not use the post-game report option for it or something. That's not the case at all. If he has evidence he wants to provide afterwards, he's free to do so and I was only providing details on how to do that. Literally nothing else.
