Matchmaking System Trolls Run Rampant

I'm just fcking tired of having to dodge games and wait the penalty because of the trolls that sit in the matchmaking and just ignore their position. Literally nothing you can do about the jungle picking Xerath and saying he's mid, because his mind is already made up. I'm tired of the people on your team banning a champ you've pre-selected just to get on your nerves, wtf kind of sportsmanship is that from your own team?
