Account Banned for exploits that i dont know for?

I've been playing this game since S2, spend tons of money and time into it and suddenly I was banned recently without any specific reasons,when i got further into the reasons for why im banned all i got from respond is

Greetings,

I can understand that this account means a lot to you so I looked again into this case. Upon my investigation I have observed that it was involved with the usage of an exploit that gave it an unfair advantage over others with the game. We view the usage of exploits that offer an unfair advantage over others to be a violation of the Terms of Use as it destroys the game experience for those other players. Due to the severity of this action we must remain firm in its decision taken against this account.

Then when i try to explain that i KNOW nothing of the exploits and why would i take a risk to get my self banned for an account that i spend so much on. Is this how riot bans people for what they dont know of? I explained again and again and i have NO idea what "Exploit" i used that got me banned, how rediciulous is this??? next all i got a respond from the ticket is

I mean like really?? Banning me for nothing that i know of?? This is unfair. I just want my account back.

They do bans for using third party software in waves, and sometimes mistakes are made. Continue to explain your situation and mention that there have been many players speaking up on the forum about being banned by mistake during this wave and ask for a manual review of your account. If Riot conducts the review and finds that you indeed did nothing wrong then your account will have the ban removed.

There have been others on this forum that have persisted and had the bans removed already, so just be patient and polite with them. Make it clear that you want to dispute the actions taken against your account and want a manual review to be done. If they close out your current ticket, open a follow up and continue to dispute the actions until they do the manual review.

Riot wrongfully bans accounts all the time actually. They have an automated system that is supposed to detect the use of 3rd party software and automatically ban accounts. It is impossible for it to be %100 right all the time, and never have a false-positive. Even if it was right like 95% of the time. That would still be a lot of false positives in a player base of millions.
Riot will NEVER admit to this because that could hurt their profits. They want you to believe that they have a perfect system even-though **a perfect system would be impossible. **

Other players on the boards like to immediately assume that the orginal poster of threads like these are always lying. They immediately jump to Riot's side as though_ Riot could never be wrong._

You have no way of proving to Riot that you are right and that you were wrongfully banned. Riot will not debate with you about exactly how they caught or banned you. Riot never overturns game-ban decisions. If you are permanently banned, then you can always make a new account, and if you have money you can buy an IP and XP boost to get back to level 30 faster.

Yes same i have the same ban reason and i haven't exploited or don't even know what i did
