People should not be banned permanently from the game for being toxic. that is just to much. i myself didn't get banned but i am seeing and hearing about a lot of people getting banned permanently if people spend money on this game they should not be banned permanently. Ban them from chat permanently would be a good idea but from the whole game that is just way to much. People on this game can be childish alot. and get reported for no reason just because they lost.

Pouring money into a game doesn't automatically immune you to being banned. In fact, many players who rage and get banned make smurfs with money invested in it already.

Well they received the 10 games chat restriction at first, and then 25 games chat restrictions, and then 14 days suspension. If they're still not changing their toxic habits, then I don't see a point of keeping them in LoL.

If people were getting report for no reason, it would be considered "False Report" and will be neglected. But seeing him being actually punished proves that the guy definitely did something bad.
