Does getting honor/rewards back mean my chat restrictions are dialed down/reset in some way>?

As title asks. I got rewards back so does this mean my 25 chat mute becomes 10 or my 10 goes back to 0?

Honor and punishment tiers are independent. Getting honor unlocked does not mean you dropped a tier in punishment

I'm saying this based off of a Rioter that told me so if you want to go against someone who works for the game, then go ahead.

If you read what was said in that image, it says it is a "decent indicator", not that it is in lock step, or it is a guarantee. I also have a concern about that image. It shows no evidence of being from a Rioter at all. There is no way to validate the claim, thus I remain skeptical until a Rioter tells me otherwise.

I never told you to believe me lmao. Also, I never said it guaranteed it. I said it was "the closest thing to figuring out when your punishment tier goes down". If the picture seems fake, that's your decision. I simply got it from another post with a lot of views and a few upvotes.
