Does getting honor/rewards back mean my chat restrictions are dialed down/reset in some way>?
As title asks. I got rewards back so does this mean my 25 chat mute becomes 10 or my 10 goes back to 0?

It means your making improvement, but I believe the systems are different. Still take care on your account. GL
