Perma Banned For No Reason

Today I came home after being away for over a month and tried to play a game of league. When I tried to log on I was told that my account had been permanently suspended. I checked the email and said it was banned because of the use of third party programs. I was extremely confused cause I've never used any hacks or anything. I've had the account since season three, and haven't had any issues before. I looked at my match history and from the last game I played myself till now there had been bot games played on my account, none of which I played myself. I haven't let anyone play on my account either. I sent in a ticket to riot explaining the situation and how I honestly don't know where the games came from and that I hadn't used any third party programs in my 3+ years of playing league. I got a message back saying that their was accurate evidence that my account had broken TOS. And that it wouldn't be looked at any further. I have hundreds of hours played on this account as well as money I've spent on the account. Has anyone else had this issue? Am I out of luck?
