I really don't like this argument, probably because it's not completely true. Sure, there is going to be "trash talk" amongst players, but there is always a very fine line between what is actual friendly, competitive trash talk and what is simply being a jerk. Pro players can get fined if caught going past this line, even in real life sports.
There's also the point that the trash talking usually happens between players who actually know each other and know that it's just friendly banter. You playing this game online, it's highly unlikely that you will know the players you come across, so it's wise to just avoid "trash talking" with these people.

Just fyi, those pro players DID NOT receive any of their accounts. They all had to start from a fresh account to get back where they were. You are completely free to do the same thing, but just like those pro players, you will not receive your account back. You are not being held to any different standard than pro players

Riot's not stealing your money at all. You willingly gave it them money in a F2P game, and then you went on to break the rules that Riot has for this game. They are well within their rights to permanently ban your account (which is actually not your account, but Riot's) as well as to not give you a refund.
Trash talk is not part of gaming. Trash talk is defensive mechanism used by insecure players to make them feel better about themselves.
Lol. You got banned for being toxic im guessing, and now you are asking for your money back that you paid to a company who made a free game. I dont think thats how things work.
You should read the terms and conditions, your account is their property and they can terminate the contract at any time for any reason and they don't have to refund anything!

And this kids is the definition of a run on sentence. Notice the lack periods, with the extensive usage of the word "and". You can tell this person is also a rager with the lack of coherent thoughts and writing.
You dun goofed. You won't get your money back. Period. You got perma-banned for trash talking, which means you did it excessively, or were very racist/homophobic. Either way, you 100% deserved it. Best of luck in your next gaming venture.
first off , you don't own the account , they do , and any purchases you make on it is like a rental , that's why they are able to take it away from you if they so please. kind of like steam. you never own anything you only rent it , and if you fuck around they can take it. second. yes trash talking is part of a game but there is a difference between an enemy messing up and you saying " oh nice play " and you all laugh vs your team mate dieing and you saying " you fucking suck " three , avoiding a perma bann is really easy , just don't be toxic. its the second most simple thing on this planet next to breathing.
